Treament Centers provide a solid foundation of recovery to the "newbie" by offering a 24 hour residentail supportive environment. Because of our experience in the recovery community for over 15 years, we have developed and maintained our relationship with the San Fernando recovery community. This is a list of treatment centers in and around the valley that we recommend.

If you are in a legal trouble because of your addiction(s), we recommend Cri-Help, Inc.CriHelpCenter or Impact House. Cri-Help is located in North Hollywood, California and Impact House is in Pasadena, Ca. Cri-Help, Inc. and Impact House are well respected by the courts and have referred many addicts and alcoholics to their facility as an alternative to jail or prison. These facilities mean business and generally they are not a place to get you out of your legal problems, they require committment, hard work and a lifestyle change to get you on your road to the recovery lifestyle. These residential centers provide group therapy, individual therapy, daily AA/NA meetings, on site 12 step based meetings, community meetings and a 24 hour structure.

If you want to get lost in the crowd, try Tarzana treatment Center and if you want to be pampered, try Malibu Passages. We are sure there are many other great treatment centers to suit your needs!

I am an addict of a “different” kind. I was diagnosed with Codependent Obsessive Love Addiction (OLA) over 10 years ago. At that time, I didn’t understand the diagnosis; I didn't care about treatment; I didn't think I had a “problem”; and I definitely didn't have a support system.
